Dr. Amin Kalaaji is a distinguished Plastic Surgeon and the founder of Oslo Plastic Surgery. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in aesthetic procedures, including breast surgery, fat grafting, rhinoplasty, and intimate surgeries. Dr. Kalaaji has developed unique techniques, such as inverted nipple correction that preserves breastfeeding function. An active member of global organizations like ISAPS and ASAPS, Dr. Kalaaji frequently lectures and trains surgeons worldwide. He has published extensively, with over 400 presentations and contributions to prestigious journals such as the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and PRS. He has also served in leadership roles, including chairing the Norwegian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and as a board member of the International Society of Plastic Regenerative Surgery.

Dr. Anthony Benedetto, was the first physician in Pennsylvania to practice Mohs surgery for skin cancer. Dr. Anthony Benedetto is the founder and medical director of the Dermatologic SurgiCenter in Philadelphia and Drexel Hill, PA. He serves as director for the ACGME-accredited Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology fellowship at the Dermatologic SurgiCenter, and is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Anthony holds membership and committee positions in many dermatologic societies and is currently the North American Vice President of the IACD, Secretary/Treasurer of the History of Dermatology Society, Secretary General of the NACDS, and Immediate Past President of the ISDS. He is on the Editorial Board of SkinMed, and the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology. He was named ‘Dermatologist of the Year’ in 2009 by the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Benedetto has authored or co-authored 69 articles in peer review journals, 14 chapters in textbooks, and a comprehensive textbook on botulinum toxins. He frequently lectures at national and international meetings.

Dr. Eckart Haneke is a professor at the Department of Dermatology at Inselspital and University Bern in Switzerland. He is also a Dermatologist at the Clinic for Dermatology Dermaticum, Freiburg, Germany, and Senior Consultant at the Dermatology Centre Epidermis, Institute CUF, Porto, Portugal, and Senior Consultant at Department Dermatol, Acad Hosp, University Gent, Belgium. ​Dr. Haneke’s main research interests include nail diseases, dermatopathology, dermatological surgery, diseases of the oral mucosa, and aesthetic dermatology. Dr. Haneke has published over 300 journal articles and 160 book chapters. He is the author of one book, co-editor of five books, and has presented over 1200 lectures at national and international meetings. He is also a member of the editorial board of several journals and an ad hoc manuscript reviewer for the following journals: Archives of Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology, European Journal of Dermatology, Der Hautarzt, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and Journal of the German Society of Dermatology.

Dr. Enzo Errichetti is a Specialist at the Institute of Dermatology of the Santa Maria della Misericordia University Hospital in Udine and has the academic qualification as Full Professor of Dermatology. He is the Secretary General of the Italian Association of Non-Invasive Diagnostics in Dermatology (AIDNID), a member of the executive committee of the International Society of Dermoscopy (IDS) and head of the IDS task force on the use of imaging techniques in dark skin. His main research areas concern the use of dermoscopy in the diagnosis and monitoring of non-neoplastic dermatological diseases, also with particular reference to dark skin, topics on which he has also written and edited scientific books. He is the author of about 150 articles published in international journals.
He first described the dermoscopic characteristics of many dermatoses in the field of general dermatology and coordinated the first Consensus on behalf of the International Society of Dermoscopy on the standardization of dermoscopic terminology and basic parameters to be used in General Dermatology and their validation for skin of color. He has also been the coordinator of several international dermoscopic studies on non-neoplastic dermatoses.

Dr. Ken Tomecki is staff physician, Department of Dermatology, at the Cleveland Clinic. A native New Yorker with strong Brooklyn roots, he’s a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his medical and dermatologic training at SUNY at Buffalo, followed by fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, NIH. He’s a Board-certified dermatologist, on assignment in Cleveland since 1980. Dr. Tomecki is a clinician/educator whose areas of expertise cover the gamut of adult clinical dermatology. His main interests are infectious diseases and medical education. He lectures regularly, both nationally and internationally, including many stints as visiting professor.
He’s the author of more than a hundred primary and secondary publications, including more than forty book chapters; in addition, he has been an assistant editor of The JAAD, Derm Research, and SKIN. He’s an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and has served the Academy in many ways, via committee work and as a regular program director at the annual meeting and the summer meeting. He was a member of the Academy’s Board of Directors for four years and served as AAD Vice-President, 2016-2017. He is currently AAD President-elect.
Extracurricular interests include politics, history, baseball, and good times always. On the home front, he’s been married to the lovely Eileen for more than 40 years, clearly his better half. #1 son Peter, an attorney for New York City, lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Rose, a teacher / administrator in NYC.

Prof. Klaus Fritz is a board-certified specialist in Dermatology, Allergy, Venereology, Phlebology, and Environmental Medicine. He is the President of the German Academy of Dermatology (DDA) and Associate Professor at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" (Romania). He has held key positions in prestigious dermatology societies, including Past President of the European Society for Laser Dermatology (ESLD) and Secretary General of the European Society of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology (ESCAD). As a leader in aesthetic and laser dermatology, he is also the Founder and President of the DERM conference in Frankenthal, Germany, and Salzburg, Austria, and a Board Member & Co-Founder of the 5CC Congress in Barcelona.
Prof. Fritz is actively involved in research, consulting, and education, serving as a scientific advisor, journal editorial board member, and speaker at international conferences. His expertise spans laser medicine, aesthetic dermatology, and medical innovations in skin health.

Dr. Michael H. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the center's operations - a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors, which began in 1990. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading-edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care.
He plays an integral role in the development of new pharmaceutical products, injectable fillers and toxins, skin care, and medical devices through his clinical research practice. He presents results of his work regularly at national and international dermatology, plastic surgical, and cosmetic meetings.
Dr. Gold has authored over 500 published scientific articles, 40 textbook chapters, has edited two textbooks on Photodynamic Therapy as well as been Senior Editor on textbooks on Microneedling as well as Cosmeceuticals & Skin Care. He serves on most major dermatology journal scientific boards and is the current Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and the Editor-in-Chief of Dermatological Reviews.
Dr. Gold also helped start two international groups: the Dermatologic Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL), which aims to create a global community for the open exchange of knowledge and innovation by physicians specializing in dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and aesthetic surgery. It has become one of the most prominent and important international dermatology groups. It show cases meetings all over the world; and the 5-Continent-Congress (5CC), one of the world’s leading conferences on dermatology and aesthetic/cosmetic medicine, where he is the current President of the Congress.

Dr. Sahar Ghannam is a Consultant Dermatologist, Venereologist, and Laser Specialist, with extensive experience in cosmetic dermatology across Kuwait and the Gulf region since 1997. She is the President of the International Society for Dermatologic and Aesthetic Surgery (ISDS World) and the Past President of the International Peeling Society (IPS). She is an Associate Professor of Dermatology & Venereology at Alexandria University, Egypt, and an active member of global dermatology societies, including the AAD, EADV, ISD, ASDS, ESLD, DASIL, and IACD. Dr. Ghannam is on the scientific organizing committee of IMCAS, the international advisory board of the 5CC meeting, and contributes to major dermatology journals as a reviewer.
A renowned speaker at international conferences, Dr. Ghannam has authored multiple textbook chapters and research papers on chemical peels, melasma, ethnic skin, and aesthetic procedures, making her a leader in global dermatologic advancements.

Dr. Shilpi Khetarpal, MD, is a board certified cosmetic dermatologist at the Cleveland Clinic. With over a decade of experience, she has contributed numerous dermatology focused pieces to U.S. News' For Better blog since 2019. She graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2010. She is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic. She is accepting telehealth appointments.

Dr. Sonja Sattler is a renowned Plastic Surgeon based in Germany and the founder of Bellari Frankfurt and Rosenpark Klinik. With extensive expertise in aesthetic medicine and non-surgical procedures, she has played a pivotal role in advaProf. Klaus Fritz ncing dermatologic and cosmetic treatments. Dr. Sattler is an active member of various international aesthetic and dermatologicsocieties, frequently speaking at global conferences. She is committed to education,serving as a mentor and trainer for upcoming professionals in aesthetic medicine.Hercontributions to the field extend beyond clinical practice, as she has co-authoredmultiple scientific publications and is actively involved in research on minimallyinvasive aesthetic procedures.

Dr Garikaparthi, the eldest of three children was born to Mr. Uday Sankar and Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi on 23 May 1968 in Hyderabad, India. He is board certified in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. He also had additional fellowship training in Hand Surgery and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He moved to the Bahamas in 1999 to join the Department of Surgery at the Princess Margaret Hospital as a Trauma, General and Plastic Surgeon. He established the Plastic Surgery unit with a dedicated clinic, operating time and burns unit offering a wide array of reconstructive surgery to patients with trauma, infection, cancer or burns. With the return of Dr Colleen Fitzcharles to the Bahamas the plastic surgery services expanded to treat patients with Hand problems and provide comprehensive Hand Surgery.
Dr Garikaparthi also is the Lecturer in Surgery at the University of West Indies, School of Clinical Medicine and Research, Bahamas Campus since 2002. He loves teaching and likes to share his knowledge and skills in training young Bahamian doctors at both the undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (DM) levels.
Dr Srikanth as he is affectionately known and called is happily married since 1996 to Kavita Garikaparthi - a trained Psychological Counselor. They have two kids – Achintya and Anouksha. When he is not busy working at the hospitals and office or teaching he spends his time with family and friends or enjoying reading a book on the pristine beaches of the Bahamas.

Dr. Suchana Marahatta is an Associate Professor of Dermatology with over 10 years of experience, specializing in hair and cosmetic dermatology. She serves as the hair transplant surgeon at DISHARC and is actively involved in patient care,research, and academic mentorship at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal. With 29 scientific publications, Dr. Marahatta has contributed significantly to dermatological research. She is the Deputy Editor of the Nepal Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology and has received multiple prestigious awards, including the ILDS DermLink Award (2020) and the Imrich Sarkany Non-European Scholarship by EADV (2019). She has also been honored with scholarships from the American Academy of Dermatology and the International Society of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Marahatta’s dedication to dermatology extends beyond clinical practice, as she actively participates in international conferences and continues to advance research in hair and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Thomas Rappl is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Based in Graz, Austria, he serves as the Medical Director of the Medical Aesthetic Research Academy (MARA) and is actively involved in research and education at the Medical University Hospital Graz. With international experience, including a fellowship at Clinique Bizet in Paris under Dr. Francoise Firmin, Dr. Rappl is a key opinion leader in aesthetic medicine. He has conducted numerous clinical studies in plastic surgery and serves as a speaker for EUROMEDICOM and IMCAS. He is also the scientific coordinator for IMCAS and leads the IMCAS Academy Alert Group for injectables.
Dr. Rappl is a member of ÖGPÄRC, ISAPS, and SOFCPRE, and has been recognized for his contributions to aesthetic medicine through multiple international lectures, workshops, and industry collaborations.
